Ann Ferguson is an award-winning ceramic artist, passionate about working with clay. Ann creates varied pieces that range from large 3D works for public and private commissions, to small, unique objects which are exhibited in solo and group shows. She also enjoys collaboration with other artists, both nationally and internationally, inviting diverse traditional and contemporary mediums into her skillset.

Drawing on inspiration from both the built environment and the natural world, Ann uses integrated slab and coil building techniques to construct her work. Her stoneware pieces in predominantly earth tones are textured and burnished and often displayed in groups or installations.

Ann lives and works in Castlemaine in Central Victoria.

Carbon Arts is collaborating with Ann and Dale Cox to produce the Castlemaine Currency in 2022.
